The Spittle Test

How can you find out quickly that you have candida?

The answer is Spittle Test. Note that is a home test that anyone can do it, but off course it does not replace the standard doctor tests by any means. This is just a quick thing that you can check to see if you have Candida Albicans or not.

How to do the spittle test?

You have to do it in the morning before clearing your mouth. So, please avoid drinking any fluids. You take a glass of water and spit in it. Leave it for fiftteen minutes and then check the glass. If you notice that your spit stays afloat, in a nice blob, that means you are candida free.

If the spit starts to develop long stems in the water, that means that you could possibly suffer from candida. If you have other symptoms associated with candida infection, usually resulting in apoor health, it is best to seek medical advice.

Now, you may want to explain to your doctor that you believe you suffer from candidiasis. Sadly, not all doctors think candidiasis is a serious condition worth their attention and most of the time they just prescribe otc treatments such as Monistat and, if those fail, then they prescribe Nystatin or other yeast infection treatment.

You may want to ask your doctor to do further tests from which you can safely conclude if you have candida or not. Blood tests are less reliable, but you can do  smear tests, muscle tests, or  anti-candida antibody tests.

Note that many symptoms of candida are similar to other conditions, one of them been gluten intolerance, so it is really important to find out if your condition is caused by candida or not.

Candida is an outcome of poor immune system and poor diet in most of cases. For this reason, seeking a homeopathic or naturopathic practitioner, just be sure to be qualified, may be more able to help you establish a hopistic treatment for your yeast infection.
