Candidiasis vs. Gluten Intolerance

Candidiasis is the medical term for what is popularly known as “candida”. Most of people associate candida with thrush or vaginal yeast infections and believe it affects only women. This is obviously wrong, hence women and men experience candidiasis equally.

There are more than 70 species of candida yeast present normally in our body. What causes most of our troubles is Candida Albicans. This fungi when it is upset can spread over 75 toxins in our body, resulting over time in very poor health condition. Most of them are mistaken with other health problems and most are treated individually, but because their root problem is candidiasis, they never seem to go away.

For example, candidiasis  vs gluten intolerance share some common symptoms such as:

  • constant fatigue
  • poor digestion
  • headaches.

Being gluten intolerant does not necessarily means you have Celiac Disease.  However, in the worst case scenario, your candidiasis is an allergy of Celiac Disease.

For this reason, you may want to first do a candida test. If it comes negative, then you may want to look into gluten intolerance.  The difference between been intolerant to gluten and have Celiac is that you can remedy the condition. If you have Coeliac, then you have to avoid eating gluten for your whole life.

Some people may not know what are some of the candidiasis symptoms, since most of people associate candida with vaginal yeast infections.

Some of the most common symptoms of Candida Albicans are:
