There are many natural remedies that work for getting rid of yeast infection at home, but cranberry juice is not one of it, I am afraid. At least, not as some people think of drinking cranberry juice.
Cranberry juice has antibacterial properties and this is why it is so efficient for fightening urinary tract infections. But, a yeast infection is caused by a fungi, not bacteria, hence cranberry juice is not a solution for your candida problems.
The only way you could make cranberry juice work for you is to use unsweetened one mixed with apple cider vinegar. Most of cranberry juice that you find in supermarkets contain sugar and it should not be used for curing yeast problems.
If you still want to drink it for its other properties, especially since many women who experience yeast infections they are aso experiencing urinary tract infections, is by buying frown cranberries and make the juice yourself. Then you just add apple cider vinegar to it. You should use only apple cider type of vinegar since it is the only one good for you if you have yeast, the other type of vinegar should be avoidded since they may actually help yeast grow.
Cranberry juice is well known for helping women overcome painful urinary infections, but it has also many more benefits. For example, its high antioxidants contain makes it perfect for cardivascula diseases, stomach ulcers, mouth health, slows aging process, the loss of boes as well as cellulite and general skin care.
Most people tend to overdose cranberry juice thinking that the more they drink, the better. Unfortunately, drinking too much of it can have some unpleasant health side-effects such as obesity since it is mostly sweet, abdominal pain, diarrhea, other gastrointestinal problems and cavities. This is why you should drink at most two glasses of cranberry juice per day if you are an adult and one glass if you are child.
